1. Orders and payment
An order must be paid within 30 minutes, otherwise it is cancelled automatically, its stock is released and any balance used is returned. An order accepts one successful payment; any duplicate payment is refunded in full automatically.
2. Prices
The page lists components, service fees, shipping, free-shipping discount, balance used and cash to pay line by line. The price shown at payment time applies.
3. Shipping and receipt
Estimated dispatch time depends on the lead time of the services you chose. If an order is not marked received within 15 days of dispatch, the system treats it as received.
4. Refunds
